The muscles on my legs are screaming.... aawwwwwwwwwww!!!! sakit!!!! I noticed that my upper body (abs, arms, etc) is not getting thinner but my legs are... any advice? I have this hate and love relationship with the Elliptical Trainer. It lets me burn a lot of calories (500 - 600 per hour) but the pain is great on the legs too. After 15 minutes, I always wanted to give up, but he (E. Trainer) always prevails and makes me do it for 1 hour. If only there is also a trainer for my biceps and triceps so I can burn the fats too.. the rowing machine is always busy with those guys around and I don't want to use the weights, it would be too much pain and humiliation if I drop it on my toes.. naaayy!
